CranioSacral Therapy will bring you to a new level of relaxation. This treatment follows and facilitates the body's natural healing process, using a light touch to reduce restrictions in the connective tissue surrounding the brain, spinal cord and related structures. It supports the health and function of the central nervous system and the body as a whole by stimulating the flow of cerebral spinal fluid which cushions the central nervous system. This treatment is effective in treating a wide range of medical problems including, but not limited to: Chronic Pain, TMJ Dysfunction, Migraine Headaches, Tension Headaches, Orthopedic Problems, Central Nervous System Disorders, Fibromyalgia, PTSD, Chronic Fatigue, Autism, Joint and Fascia Restrictions, Stress, Tension, Scoliosis, Immune Disorders, Emotional Issues. Holly is trained in Advanced Orthopedic Massage, Injury Treatment, Deep tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone and Pregnancy Massage. Her natural tendency is to integrate many different massage forms and techniques to best meet your needs. If you would like her to use a single modality, just ask. We are happy to accommodate.
~Advanced Orthopedic Massage Therapy~
Align yourself with yourself! Orthopedic massage uses weight bearing assesment as well as postural and bony landmark palpation to guide the treatment, utilizing a variety of techniques to balance the myofascial structures to achieve natural alignment and improved function of the musculoskeletal system. Clothes are worn during this treatment, so wear something comfortable.
~Hot Stone Massage~
Radiating heat from warm basalt stones penetrate and dissolve tension. Stones are placed to warm the body while other stones meld into the massage.

~Cancellation Policy~
In fairness to others and to us, 24 hours advanced notice is required for cancellation of an appointment or you will be charged in full for the time booked. Additional notice beyond what is required is greatly appreciated.
~Insurance Billing~
We are only accepting L&I workers compensation and PIP auto accident insurance at this time. PIP auto accident insurance billing and L&I work is possible depending on many factors including but not limited to your insurance carrier and plan. Additional forms as well as approval from your insurance company are also required prior to your first appointment. Insurance work must be medically necessary and curative. A valid prescription for massage must be submitted with completed and verified insurance forms prior to your first appointment. Palliative care is not covered (a treatment that makes you feel better but does not last or improve your overall condition). Insurance billing is limited to one hour (4 units) per day. If you would like a longer session, you must pay for any additional time.
All payments for additional time are due in full on the day of service.
